Shipping Policy

Processing Times All orders are processed within 5-7 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Group Merch Orders Orders placed through our group merch collections (WWIMT, Monroe ASL Club, Happy Pooch, and other organization stores) are processed on a pre-order basis and may take 3-5 weeks to fulfill. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of your order. We appreciate your patience as these orders are made especially for your group!

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via USPS and UPS to the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all non-group merch orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly through USPS or UPS.

Lost or Stolen Packages The Craft Pack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at Kacie@thecraftpack.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
