Orders & Production
How long does it take to receive my order? Turnaround time varies depending on the type of order. Standard ready-made items typically ship faster than custom or personalized pieces. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. For a more specific timeline, feel free to reach out through our Contact page before placing your order.
Can I get a personalized or custom item? Absolutely! Custom and personalized orders are one of our specialties. Whether you want your dog's name, breed, or something uniquely yours, we love bringing those ideas to life. Head to our Custom Creations page or reach out through our Contact page to get started.
How do group or team merch orders work? We partner with teams, organizations, and groups to create custom merch that builds community and team pride. Each group gets their own dedicated page on our site. To get started with a group order, reach out through our Contact page and we'll walk you through the process from design to delivery.
Shipping
Do you ship nationwide? Yes! We ship to all 50 states. Once your order is fulfilled you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you offer local pickup? At this time we ship all orders — we do not offer local pickup.
How will I know when my order has shipped? You'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Do you accept returns on custom or personalized items? Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on those orders. If there is an issue with your item due to a defect or error on our part, please reach out and we will make it right.

Products & Care
How do I care for my items? To keep your items looking their best we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat or hanging to dry. Avoid ironing directly over any printed or embroidered designs.
What sizes do you carry? Sizing varies by product. Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you have questions about sizing on a specific item, don't hesitate to reach out!
