Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thecraftpack.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom and personalized items (including any order with a pet name, custom design, or personalization)
  • Group merch orders (WWIMT, Monroe ASL Club, Happy Pooch, and any other group/organization orders)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition

Defective or Flawed Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right regardless of the above restrictions. Please contact us at Kacie@thecraftpack.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Return shipping for defective or flawed items will be covered by The Craft Pack.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, The Craft Pack will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of unreturned items.
